Church Account Information

When you (as a church representative) sign up for an account, we collect:

  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe)

Audio and Translation Data

Our Service receives church service audio in real-time. This audio is:

  • Transcribed and translated by third-party providers.
  • Deleted immediately upon processing. We do not permanently store your audio or translation data.

End User Information

Attendees accessing the translations via QR code or a web link may have the following information collected automatically for analytics and user experience purposes:

  • IP address
  • Browser fingerprint (device type, operating system, browser type and version, etc.)
  • Other usage data related to how they interact with our Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To Provide the Service: We use your information to facilitate the translation of church services, manage your account, and process payments.
  • Analytics and Improvements: We may use Google Analytics or similar platforms to analyze usage data (including IP addresses and browser fingerprints) to improve the performance, features, and user experience of Kaleo AI.

AI Transcription and Translation Providers

  • These services process the audio data on our behalf and delete it once the transcription/translation is complete.

Analytics Providers

  • We currently use Google Analytics to gather usage data such as IP addresses and browser types.
