Fulfillment Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of the Kaleo AI translation software provided by EID Systems Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Service Cancellation

Monthly Plans

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their client dashboard or by emailing info at getkaleo dot ai
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days in the current billing period
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full refunds are available within the first 7 days of service if you are not able to start streaming audio to Kaleo AI and have not translated any services
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing with detailed reasoning
  • After the 7-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request to aidan at getkaleo dot ai
  • Include the reason for the refund
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Natural disasters
  • Technical failures beyond our control
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will first be addressed through direct communication
  • If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled through mediation
  • The governing law of Ontario (Canada) will apply to all disputes
